These Terms of Use govern your use of the Unnab platform (the “Service”). By using the Service you are deemed to accept these terms.

1. Description of the Service

Unnab is a platform offering general-information well-being content, home-based movement and breathing programs, and personal tracking tools. The content is not personalized medical advice.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Unnab content is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Before starting programs — especially if you have a diagnosed condition, are pregnant, have had recent surgery or have a serious movement limitation — it is recommended that you consult a health professional. If you experience chest pain, faintness, unusual shortness of breath, sharp pain or dizziness during movement, stop and seek medical help if needed. Unnab cannot be held responsible for health outcomes arising from your use of the Service.

3. Account and Membership

You agree to provide accurate and current information, to keep your account secure and not to share your login details. You are responsible for actions taken from your account.

4. User Obligations

• Note to use the Service unlawfully or in a way that violates others’ rights,
• Note to attempt anything that endangers the security of the platform,
• Note to copy and distribute the content without permission.

5. Intellectual Property

The text, images, videos and designs on the platform belong to Unnab and may not be used without permission.

6. Pricing

Creating an account and the current basic features are free. Any future paid plans will be clearly announced once the payment infrastructure and sales terms are complete; no charge is made without your approval.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. Unnab does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, is not liable for indirect damages.

8. Termination

In case of breach of these terms, we may limit or terminate your access to your account. You may request closure of your account at any time.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Typekiye.
